Jetpack evo NT

The Jetpack is still one the most amazing and mytherious machines ever. The first Jetpack was originally released in 1960's by Bell Aerospace financed by the U.S. Army ans was named 'Rocket Belt' and flew for the first time 1961. In between Jetpacks still attract great interest to the Public.

After more than five years of research, development and testing, the advanced Jetpack evo NT was finished and ready for flight at the end of May 2010. The Jetpack was additional named "evo" and "NT". "Evo" stands for evolution; an evolution, based on the first Jetpack design back to the 1960's. "NT" stands for new technology; for this project, the latest knowledge in material engineering was used, aided by engineering technologies like finite elements analysis and flow simulations.

Due to the difficulty to build a Jetpack, combined with the arduous to get it off the ground and hazard during its flight, only a handful Jetpacks have been successfully created since the first Rocket Belt made by Bell Aerospace.

Nevertheless, Jetpacks have continued to inspire the ambitions and dreams of people around the world, but within the past sixty years less people have successfully flown a Jetpack than have walked on the moon.
